These standards apply to all users and content in the Luxury Life app operated by Luxury Life.

Creation, sharing, requesting, or viewing CSAM/CSAE in any form (images, videos, audio, text, links) is strictly prohibited.

Sexualization of minors, grooming, or age-misrepresentation to access adult features is banned.

Violations lead to immediate removal, account termination, and potential reporting to law enforcement or NCMEC.

Luxury Life is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above.

• Nudity or sexual content involving minors
• Sexual comments or advances toward minors
• Grooming, sextortion, or solicitation of minors
• Links to or promotion of illegal or exploitative content

Users can report violations directly in-app via Account Settings → Help Center → Customer Support or email support@luxurylife.ai.

Reports are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours. Appropriate actions include content removal, suspension, or permanent bans.

We employ both automated tools and human moderation to detect and remove policy-violating content.

Repeat or severe violations result in permanent account bans. Relevant evidence may be retained for compliance purposes.

If you believe a decision was made in error, you can appeal by emailing support@luxurylife.ai.

We aim to review appeals within 7 business days.
